Ideas wall

We are also encouraging local residents that are not part of a local community groups or organisations, to have their say about what improvements they would like to see in their local areas. The following suggestions have been received and you can submit your ideas via our new digital platform at watfordneighbourhoodgrant.commonplace.is/map/your-neighbourhood

“street planters and more green spaces along the main roads”

“More access to green, wild spaces”,

“A community orchard (e.g. heritage Herts apples) within one of the larger greenspaces”

“Bench seating on the grass area within Breakspeare Close”

These ideas could be included into the council’s Neighbourhood Community Infrastructure Plan for next year.
